About Me
I have always been interested in what helps people feel confident enough to think differently, speak honestly and fulfil their potential.
Before becoming a coach, I spent many years working within organisations and growing businesses. I saw first-hand that leadership is rarely just about technical capability. It is also about relationships, communication, self-awareness, courage and the ability to stay grounded when situations become complex.
My own career has included corporate life, entrepreneurship, career transition and building a coaching business. Those experiences have shaped the coach and facilitator I am today and give me a deep appreciation of the pressures, competing priorities and human dynamics that people bring to work.
I trained as a professional coach in 2018 and have since delivered more than 2,000 hours of coaching with leaders and professionals globally.
Alongside 1:1 coaching, I have developed extensive experience as a leadership facilitator, coach trainer, mentor and assessor. I particularly enjoy creating learning environments where people feel safe enough to contribute honestly, challenge themselves, practise new skills and learn from one another.
My style is warm, grounded and appropriately challenging. I believe meaningful development happens when people feel both supported and stretched: safe enough to think honestly, but challenged enough to see themselves, their choices and their impact differently.
I continue to have a particular interest in women’s careers, working parents and career transition, but today my work spans executive coaching, leadership development, facilitation and coaching capability across organisations.
